Returns Policy
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase exception of Final Sale items. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any orders that are over 30 days old.
We accept returns within 30 days of Purchase with the exception of Final Sale items under the following conditions:

Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging

Returns must be pre-approved via email: info@primesportsnutrition.com

Do not send returns without approval — they will not be processed or refunded

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations
Final Sale Items: All SARMs, Muscle Builder, and Clearance products are non-returnable and non-refundable
Approved returns: Approved returns need to be sent to the address provided by our support team. Once your return is received, a team member will contact you to complete the process.
Subscriptions Policy
If you have a recurring subscription, you can manage or cancel it here.
To avoid charges, please cancel* at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Note: All processed payments are non-refundable, and scheduled orders will still be shipped.
**Revoking Payment is NOT a cancellation of the subscription**
Final Sale Policy
All Muscle Builder, SARMs, and Clearance products are final sale.
*Even if the product has not left our fulfillment center a cancellation, refund, or return the product is not accepted
We do not offer returns unless the incorrect item was sent.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds for delayed shipments.
Prime Sports Nutrition will NOT accept shipments received without prior notice and approval.
Shipping Policy
All shipping times are ESTIMATES, to view estimates please see our Shipping Policy.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier.
Once your package is shipped on time, any delays must be resolved with the carrier.
We do not issue refunds for:

Next Day Air shipments or any other shipping delayed by the carrier

Approved Shipping Claims.

Orders with VIP Processing and delays with shipments, VIP Processing has NO effect on the estimated shipping times only affects Processing time

Lost or stolen packages after delivery
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may purchase “Shipping Protection Plus” at checkout to safeguard your delivery. If “Shipping protection Plus” is not purchased, any issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
**Any changes of address, redirection of delivery, or extra delivery instructions given by the customer directly to the carrier after shipping, nullifies and voids any Shipping Protection or insurance through Prime Sports Nutrition. All issues after any of these actions must be resolved directly with the carrier. Shipping Protection Plus only applies when the package is being delivered to the address initially given at the time of purchase.**
