If you have a recurring subscription, you can manage or cancel it here.
To avoid charges, please cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Note: All processed payments are non-refundable, and scheduled orders will still be shipped.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel an order before it ships by emailing info@shopteamprime.com.
All cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee, even if the order has not shipped.
Final Sale: All SARMs and Muscle Builder products cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstancesβeven if they havenβt left our facility.

Next Day Air (MonβFri): $75 β Order by 4 PM PST

USPS 2β3 Day Priority Shipping: $25
Shipping Cutoffs:

Orders placed before 4 PM PST (MonβFri) usually ship same day

Orders placed after 4 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day

Next Day Air orders placed after 4 PM PST on Friday ship Monday
All other orders ship within 24β48 hours
(Weekends and holidays are not business days)
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
Once your package is shipped on time, any delays must be resolved with the carrier.
We do not issue refunds for Next Day Air shipments delayed by the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging

Do not send returns without approval β they will not be processed or refunded

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product:

Once approved, weβll issue a replacement or refund.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
To protect your order, we recommend purchasing Shipping Protection at checkout.
If protection is not selected, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
