Return, Cancellation, and Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something's wrong, contact us before you contact your bank. We can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute, and disputes delay your refund instead of speeding it up.

Returns and Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Not satisfied? You can return any product, including research products, within 30 days of delivery as long as it is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once a seal is broken or a product has been opened, it can't be returned or refunded. Clearance items are final sale (see Final Sale Items below).
How to start a return:
- Sign in at account.primesportsnutrition.com.
- Open your order and request a return for the items you want to send back.
- Our team reviews your request and emails you within 1–2 business days with your return label and instructions.
- Ship the items back sealed, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Please don't send a return without an approved request. We can't process or refund items that arrive without approval.
A flat $9.99 return shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee are deducted from your refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Items that arrive opened, used, or with a broken seal won't be refunded and may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for sealed, unused items. To start one, sign in at account.primesportsnutrition.com, open your order, and request a return for the item you'd like to exchange. Our team will email you to set up the exchange. Any price difference is collected before the new item ships, and any difference owed to you is refunded to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations and Holds
Changed your mind? There's no fee to cancel before your order ships.

Final Sale Items
Clearance items, Shipping Protection Plus, and VIP Processing are final sale and can't be returned or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right.

- Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
- We'll follow up within 1–2 business days with a replacement, refund, or store credit, your choice where possible.
Shipping, Delivery, and Lost or Stolen Packages

Have a Problem? Talk to Us First
Most issues, like a wrong item, a damaged product, a late refund, or a billing question, get resolved in 1–2 business days when you email us directly. Filing a dispute with your bank instead takes weeks and pauses any other resolution while it's investigated, so it's almost always slower for you. Reach out first. We'd rather fix it than fight it.
