I called and emailed to let you know that I did not receive the product and still no response. When I called and talked to a lady, all she did was argue with me about insurance on the product which was very unprofessional. My package was not tampered with in anyway which she insisted on was the case after arguing about the insurance. All I wanted is for her to check the cameras and see if my product got accidentally put in someone else's order which is more than likely the case. I can tell you, I do not like being treated like I'm the dishonest one here when it was a simple mistake on your part.
