Processing and Cutoffs

All orders ship within 24–48 hours.
Orders placed before 4 PM PST (Monday–Friday) tend to ship the same day. If there is a delay, check your email for an update explaining why.
Orders placed after 4 PM PST or on a weekend ship the next business day.
Next Day Air orders placed after 4 PM PST on Friday ship Monday.
VIP Processing speeds up processing time only. It does not change the carrier's delivery time.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses

Delays on orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), the Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, and military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses) are normal and to be expected, and delivery can take well beyond standard delivery times. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, Prime Sports Nutrition cannot speed up delivery, and delays to these locations do not qualify for a refund, replacement, or shipping claim. Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other carrier. Once your package ships on time, any delay must be resolved with the carrier.

We do not issue refunds for:

Next Day Air shipments or any other shipping delayed by the carrier
Approved shipping claims
Shipment delays on orders with VIP Processing (VIP Processing affects processing time only)
Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. To protect your order, add Shipping Protection Plus at checkout. If Shipping Protection Plus is not purchased, any issue must be resolved directly with the carrier by filing a claim with them.

Shipping Protection Plus only applies when the package is delivered to the address given at checkout. Any change of address, redirection of delivery, or extra delivery instructions given directly to the carrier after shipping voids Shipping Protection Plus and any insurance through Prime Sports Nutrition. Any issue after that must be resolved directly with the carrier.
