Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that Prime Sports Nutrition is not liable for delivery delays, as we have no control over your package once it is handed off to the appropriate carrier.
- UPS Next Day Air: Delivers the next business day for orders submitted by 4 PM PST.
- USPS Ground: Typically delivers within 1-7 business days.
- USPS Priority: Usually delivers within 1-3 business days.
For orders shipping to military bases (APO, FPO, DPO, AA, AE, AP), delivery may take up to 3 weeks due to additional processing times.
Please note, we have a strict cutoff time of 4 PM PST for all orders. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. We process and fulfill all orders within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
To maintain your privacy, we ship all orders in plain brown boxes with no graphics or branding—only the shipping label is visible.
