About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This role is key to ensuring our customers have a seamless, high-quality experience with our brand. As a CSR, your mission will be to consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service, proactive problem-solving, and clear communication.

This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others. Phone experience is essential, as a significant portion of this role involves handling customer inquiries by phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive customer calls with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, text, and chat platforms
• Manage and revise customer orders
• Greet and assist walk-in customers
• Process returns in accordance with company policies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and brands
• Proactively reach out to customers regarding order updates
• Assist with basic content creation for social media platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of daily interactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with tools such as Gmail, Excel, and e-commerce or CRM platforms is a plus (training provided)
