Return / Cancel / Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something's wrong, email us before you contact your bank — we can almost always resolve it faster than a dispute, and disputes delay your refund instead of speeding it up.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase on all products, as long as the item is sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging. Once a seal is broken or a product has been opened, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.

How it works:

  1. Email us at info@primesportsnutrition.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with approval and a return address.
  3. Ship the item back to us sealed, unopened, in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility — please use a trackable method, as we can't issue a refund for a return that doesn't arrive.

> Please don't send a return without approval first — we won't be able to process or refund items that arrive without an RMA, and it'll just slow things down for you.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Items that arrive opened, used, or with a broken seal will not be refunded and may be shipped back to you at your expense.


Order Cancellations

Change your mind? Email us before your order ships and we'll cancel it — no charge, no questions asked.

Once an order has shipped, it falls under the Returns policy above instead of cancellation.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll make it right.

  1. Email info@primesportsnutrition.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
  3. We'll follow up within 1–2 business days with a replacement, refund, or store credit — your choice where possible.

Subscriptions

Manage or cancel your subscription anytime here.

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancel at least 7 days before your next billing date. Once an order has processed, it will ship as scheduled and isn't eligible for refund.

Note: Declining or blocking your card does not cancel your subscription — it just causes a failed payment retry. Please use the link above to cancel.


Shipping

All estimated delivery windows below come from the carrier; while we work with reliable carriers, transit delays are outside our control. If your package is running late, email us — we're happy to check tracking with you and reach out to the carrier on your behalf.

Processing & Cutoffs

  • Orders ship within 24–48 hours.
  • Orders placed before 4 PM PST (Mon–Fri) usually ship same day.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM PST or on weekends ship the next business day.
  • Next Day Air orders placed after 4 PM PST Friday ship the following Monday.
  • VIP Processing speeds up processing time only — it does not change carrier transit time.

Shipping Options

  • Free USPS Ground (orders $99+) — 5 business days
  • USPS Priority (2–3 days) — $25
  • Next Day Air (Mon–Fri only, order by 4 PM PST) — $75

All timeframes are measured in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding federal holidays).


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered, we're not able to issue a refund or replacement for loss or theft — but we don't want to just leave you stuck. Here's how to protect yourself and what to do if something goes wrong:

  • Add Shipping Protection Plus at checkout — if your package is lost or stolen after being marked delivered, this covers a replacement or refund.
  • No Shipping Protection Plus? File a claim directly with the carrier — we're glad to provide tracking info and documentation to support your claim.
  • If you change your delivery address or add delivery instructions directly with the carrier after your order ships, Shipping Protection Plus no longer applies, since the package is no longer going to the verified address on file. Any issue at that point needs to be resolved with the carrier directly.

Have a Problem? Talk to Us First

Most issues — wrong item, damaged product, a late refund, a billing question — get resolved in 1–2 business days when you email us directly. Filing a dispute with your bank instead takes weeks and pauses any other resolution while it's investigated, so it's almost always slower for you. Reach out first — we'd rather fix it than fight it.
