Return / Cancel / Exchange Policy

Our return/exchange policy is valid for only 30 days. 

We offer free USPS ground shipping (5-day) orders $99+ and 2-day priority shipping for a $20 fee.

In most cases, orders before 4pm PST ship the same day & all other orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. (excluding holidays & weekends)

We cannot guarantee same-day shipment on orders placed after the cutoff.

Please note that once your order has shipped from our facility, we have no control over any type of delays, so we are unable to guarantee the exact time of arrival.

If you attempted to place an order multiple times but did not receive an order confirmation email with a 6-digit order number, this means your order did not go through. These transactions shown on your account will clear & fall off or self-cancel within 24-48 hours. Please do not contact customer service unless it's already been 3 business days and the charges have still not reversed. If you need to resubmit your order please call our customer service line at 833-399-3799. 

To be eligible for a return, the product/s must be unused and sealed. The products must also be in the original packaging. Prior to returning a package you are required to get an approval from our customer fulfillment department via email (Info@PrimeSportsNutrition.com) Any packages sent without approval will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to order cancellations regardless of whether the package has shipped or not. 

Do not send packages without prior approval to any Prime Sports Nutrition location as it will not be processed.

ALL muscle builder/sarms products are final sale. Regardless if item hasn't left our shipping department.

For any damaged shipments, please submit images of damaged goods & package to our customer service email: info@PrimeSportsNutrition.com

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may purchase Aftership or Shipping Protection during checkout to protect yourself from porch piracy. Alternatively, you can open a claim with the responsible carrier. 

We do not provide free returns unless the incorrect product was delivered.

Upon receipt of the package, one of our team members will contact you to proceed with the exchange/return.
