We offer free USPS ground shipping (5-day) orders $99+ and 2-day priority shipping for a $20 fee. In most cases, orders before 3pm PST ship the same day & all other orders are fulfilled within 24 hours. (excluding holidays & weekends)

Order Delay? If your purchase was made after the cutoff time (3pm PST) to ship the same day. That means your order will be shipping the next business day not including weekends or holidays.

If you would like to cancel your subscription, please see the link below. To avoid extra charges you must cancel your subscription 7 days prior to the next withdrawal. Disclosure: You can only cancel future orders and any processed payments are non refundable & the order will be fully processed.

If you attempted to place an order multiple times but did not receive an order confirmation email with a 6-digit order number, this means your order did not go through. These transactions shown on your account will clear & fall off or self-cancel within 24-48 hours. Please do not contact customer service unless it's already been 3 business days and the charges have still not reversed. If you need to resubmit your order please call our customer service line at 833-399-3799. 

Next Day Air deliveries are done Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 4 pm Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day and be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before or after 4 pm won’t ship until Monday morning and will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note that Prime Sports Nutrition is not responsible for any delays with deliveries caused by UPS. Prime Sports Nutrition is only responsible for delivering your package within the cut off times disclosed above. Any delay with a Next Day Delivery package caused by UPS must be disputed directly with the carrier. In other words, Prime Sports Nutrition cannot issue a refund for any Next Day Air package that was dispatched to UPS within the cut off time but delayed by UPS.

To be eligible for a return, the product/s must be unused and sealed. The products must also be in the original packaging. Prior to returning a package you are required to get an approval from our customer fulfillment department via email (info@shopteamprime.com) Any packages sent without approval will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to order cancellations regardless of whether the package has shipped or not. 

Do not send packages without prior approval to any Prime Sports Nutrition location as it will not be processed.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You may purchase Aftership or Shipping Protection during checkout to protect yourself from porch piracy. Alternatively, you can open a claim with the responsible carrier. 

We do not provide free returns unless the incorrect product was delivered.
