Next Day Air deliveries are done Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 4 pm Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day and be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before or after 4 pm won’t ship until Monday morning and will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note that Prime Sports Nutrition is not responsible for any delays with deliveries caused by UPS. Any delay with a Next Day Delivery package caused by UPS must be disputed directly with the carrier. In other words, Prime Sports Nutrition cannot issue a refund for any Next Day Air package that was dispatched to UPS within the cut off time but delayed by UPS.

To be eligible for a return, the product/s must be unused and sealed. The products must also be in the original packaging. Prior to returning a package you are required to get an approval from our customer fulfillment department via email (info@shopteamprime.com) Any packages sent without approval will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to order cancellations regardless of whether the package has shipped or not.
