- How much does it cost?
Sign-ups are FREE

- Will you provide a meal plan?
Yes, we recommend you come in-store and get an InBody assessment, so then we can map out a 4-week plan for you.

- When does it start & end?
Starts February 24th 2025 & Ends March 23rd, 2025

- How do I do my check-ins?
On the dates 2/24/25 & 3/23/25, you will upload your pictures to the Google form sent to you via email (front view, side view, back view)
