Really have enjoyed using this product but would consider ordering somewhere else next time. Was sent wrong product which is ironic given they sent me a preshipment photo showing the wrong product with the order form. Got it and followed the steps online for service (email & online form) never heard back from either though online assurance is 48hours. Called and was told wait until they respond via email even after asking if we can simply resolve the matter over the phone. Finally called back after no response and asked to resolve. Was required to send back wrong product (no biggie). But was a bit off put by that needing to happen before they rectified the matter (considering they sent me a picture showing the mistake lol). Also asked if shipping could be expedited as I wanted to ensure I didn't runout given the delays caused. "Sure when we receive the product we will contact you" go figure that didn't happen either. Kinda tough when you receive tons of marketing emails and text asking how things are but when you reach out with a problem you're ignored. Like I said great product but need to work on customer service.

PROS: Bench went up 40 lbs in 2 weeks, Crazy recovery time, Helped me cut body fat from 25% to about 20% in a short time. Crazy Cardio enhancedments CONS: STRETCH MARKS!!! I used to have little stretch marks around my chest to arm area but they have even went as far as to my forearm and even my lats in such a short time. Also had minimal bloating but idk if thats from creatine or another supp. And I also havent gotten a hard on since week 1. Also heavily recommend getting a cycle defender defender and a pct afterwards. Overall recommended 8/10
