Next Day Air deliveries are done Monday through Saturday. Orders placed before 4 pm Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day and be delivered the following day. Orders placed on Saturday before or after 4 pm won’t ship until Monday morning and will be delivered on Tuesday.

Please note that Prime Sports Nutrition is not responsible for any delays with deliveries caused by UPS. Prime Sports Nutrition is only responsible for delivering your package within the cut off times disclosed above. Any delay with a Next Day Delivery package caused by UPS must be disputed directly with the carrier. In other words, Prime Sports Nutrition cannot issue a refund for any Next Day Air package that was dispatched to UPS within the cut off time but delayed by UPS.

To be eligible for a return, the product/s must be unused and sealed. The products must also be in the original packaging. Prior to returning a package you are required to get an approval from our customer fulfillment department via email (info@shopteamprime.com) Any packages sent without approval will not be refunded. A 20% restocking fee is applicable to order cancellations regardless of whether the package has shipped or not.

Surprisingly solid
Taste is great. But, even better is the mixability. I use a 20 oz blender bottle shaker, i mix it with lactaid fat free milk and a lil bit of water to ensure i dont get any clumps. I mix about 2.5-3 scoops after every workout, so the tub doesn't last very long (good thing its a solid price point as well). I can tell you, there are very few protein powders on the market that mix 2-3 scoops this easily into such a small shaker... there are no clumps, no powder left, and it doesnt make the drink itself feel too thick and sludgy if you know what i mean, fantastic protein. Only downside is im pretty sure there are artificial flavors etc, but knowing i won't use this product all the time, I am ok with that, was just in bit of a financial pinch recently so had to opt for something a bit cheaper with still high quality protein. Over all, very pleased with this protein and might buy again in the future! Always thankful for Prime!!
